Everyone uses email every single day, so criminals have a lot of chances to make their move. You may want to give your employees access to their spam folders (in case of a false positive), but this can also cause a much larger headache should they click on something they shouldn’t. Juggernauts like Google and Microsoft make no promises either. They know that their security may be good, but it’s certainly not perfect. When it comes to protecting your network, it makes far more sense to have defenses in place rather than relying on standard email security.
